CARLIE'S STORY
The All or Nothing mentality was one of her biggest struggles. STACY'S STORY
Lost 20lbs, 7% decrease in body fat. I can fit in clothes that I haven’t been able to wear in 6 years. Most importantly my anxiety has diminished significantly, I am physically stronger and I feel a thousand times better. And I have done this without feeling like I am depriving myself. It takes discipline but it’s doable as a lifestyle. I work a lot and travel personally, the best part is this plan is now part of my lifestyle and I can maintain it with my lifestyle.
I am most excited about how I look and feel. I am so proud of my results. I have shifted a lot of my mindsets for the positive and feel like I have a sustainable manageable lifestyle approach to health and wellness. And the relationship with my coach. Rachel is the absolute BEST! she pushes you appropriately and makes you better.

Anonymous's STORY
List your accomplishments--.I'm better at push ups!!! My arms are more toned, my hips are thinner. I have lost inches around my waist. I have more confident in the shirts i wear. I hated it when my shirts were hugging my belly, I was looking fat in all of them. My shorts were getting tighter. I needed a change. I've never had to worry about my weight, never needed to diet, but the last few years I've been inching toward my pregnancy weight. I swore I would never go there. I lost 10 pounds, I want to keep focusing on my daily routines. My mind set is a huge accomplishment too, without that I have nothing. I know if i want to continue to feel as confident as I do I need to keep going with what Ive learned. It's not going to happen by itself.
