CrossFit/Group Classes

All of our classes are capped @ 12 members, so you’ll receive high level coaching from our professional coaches. Our classes include combinations of strength, gymnastics, flexibility and cardio training, with ample opportunity for form development, specifically programmed to get you in the best shape of your LIFE.

Small Group Personal Training

Enjoy the advantages of our semi-private program, with a maximum of 6 athletes per session. This program allows for focused and intentional training, expert coach interaction and the opportunity to learn from and motivate one another. Plus small groups provide added benefits of enhanced accountability.

Training youths versus adults varies by degree, not kind. In a cap of 12 kids we teach foundational movement patterns to help maximize strength and performance along with providing youth with self discipline and structure to develop as young adults.
